I personally do not collect any information other than what is created for crash logs, usage, etc... through the Windows Development Environment and Apple Development Environment naturally. This information will not be be sold by me to third parties.
I make use of the Microsoft Advertising, adduplex , and Apple's iAd. These also collect information, such as number of advertisment views, which I will not sell, however, this information is also the respective ad network's information as well so they may collect and use this information as they see fit.
